    Returns

    Due to the nature of our business and products being shipped directly from our suppliers, we accept returns only under specific conditions.

    You may be eligible for a return if:

    • The product arrives damaged or defective

    • You receive an incorrect item

    • The product is significantly different from what was described

    To be eligible for a return:

    • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

    • Proof such as photos or videos may be required for verification

    We do not accept returns for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect size, color, or variant selected by the customer

    • Minor color differences due to screen or lighting variations

    • Delays caused by courier partners or customs

    • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

    Refunds

    Once your request is reviewed and approved:

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

    • Refund processing time may take 10 business days after approval

    • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

    If the product does not meet the return conditions, the refund request may be declined.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If your order arrives damaged or defective:

    • Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging

    After verification, we may offer:

    • A replacement, or

    • A full or partial refund, depending on the issue

    Order Cancellations

    • Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped

    • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible

    • If eligible, refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 10 business days

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you have not received a refund after the stated processing time:

    • Check with your bank or payment provider

    Exchanges

    We do not offer direct exchanges.
    If eligible, you may request a return and place a new order separately.
